Bill Gates, creator of Microsoft, has recently pledged $10 billion dollars, over a period of ten years, to create "Miracle" vaccines to cure some of the worlds most deadliest viruses.
Diseases like HIV, Tuberculosis, and Pneumonia are examples of what he hopes to cure.
